Applications

Different clients will have varying preferences when it comes to how they want to be notified for applications arriving at the website. There are some options here:

1. Send an email to a group email address notifying multiple people that an application has arrived
2. Route notifications to the recruiters email assigned to the job
3. Route notifications based on specific job data such as branch data, location or division

These can be setup on gravity forms notifications depending on what the client chooses.

Candidate Auto-responses:

Through Gravity Forms, we have the ability to send an auto-response to the candidate once they apply for a job. The details and text of this can be customized for each client. When the Web Apply API is used for Avionte, automated Thank You Emails will not be sent from the ATS. This is why it is important for us to set this up correctly from our end.
