Candidates and Job Applications

When a candidate is applying to a job, there is different data that we can send to Bullhorn. Most common applications have at least:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Phone
• Do you want to upload a resume? Yes or No
• Attach Resume
  • In case they would like to attach a resume, it is also important to confirm any desired validation, as well as any additional questions that might get triggered with this option.

Note: If any additional fields are required on application such as address or preferred job title, we may be able to accommodate that, JobDiva permitting.
