Applications
Different clients will have varying preferences when it comes to how they want to be notified for applications arriving at the website. There are some options here:
- Send an email to a group email address notifying multiple people that an application has arrived
- Switch off notifications and let JobDiva notify their recruiters
These can be setup on gravity forms notifications depending on what the client chooses.
Candidate Auto-responses:
Through Gravity Forms, we have the ability to send an auto-response to the candidate once they apply for a job. The details and text of this can be customized for each client.
